AYITI S.O.S is not a substitute for official emergency services. In a life-threatening emergency, contact local police, fire, or medical services immediately. We do not guarantee response times or availability.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use AYITI S.O.S.

• No false alerts, hoaxes, or misuse of the SOS button.
• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or illegal content.
• No impersonation of responders, officials, or other users.
• No scraping, abuse of the API, or attempts to break the service.

Violations can result in suspension or account removal.

You retain ownership of the alerts, reports, and posts you submit. You grant AYITI S.O.S a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content as needed to operate the platform (for example, showing your alert on the safety map).

Donations are processed securely through Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law. Donations support the operation of the platform and are not tax receipts unless explicitly stated.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten the safety of others, or abuse the service.

AYITI S.O.S is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
